I was approached by several random people and offered rides, and one of them had the courtesy to tell me the guy in the ball cap was the rep for.whatever company. 20 minutes of standing at pickup point and turns out the "employee" was some guy on a phone with zero on him to identify him as an employee of.whatever company this really is. They "checked me in" and said where to go and look for an employee. No car info or details except the driver would call me, and to head to LAXit on arrival. A reservation with pickup time was emailed to me from a company with a different name-Shuttle2Anywhere. Was told a different price than was on website. I will never use Prime Time again and will advise others to never use them either.įound the company online, did live chat because website wasn't working, chat agent said someone would call me, which they did. We then called UBER and were picked up 2 minutes after the booking. ![]() I will try arrange through our travel again to get a refund. Based on their track record, I am not expecting anything. By this time our original pickup time had passed. After 45 minutes of being on hold and being transferred to other departments, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled due to no driver. They indicated we would receive a phone call one hour before pickup. I called Prime Time and after half an hour on the phone they assigned me a confirmation number and assigned a pick up time. Instead of indicating the time of pickup, it said we would receive an email shortly. Our voucher said that 36 hours prior to departure we could log on line determine when we would be picked up. On the way he explained to us how badly the company was being run and wished us luck getting a ride back to LAX. After waiting for over one and a half hours, another driver who was not assigned agreed to take us to our hotel. We arrived at LAX with our voucher and Prime Time had no record of our booking. Our shuttle was pre-booked via our travel agency and pre-paid. Please be aware of the no service and unprofessional response. ![]() This was not just poor service but most unprofessional in how they handled the whole situation. I had used Supper Shuttle in the past but they are no longer in business. I cancelled the return shuttle stating that how would I know if the return shuttle may also be cancelled leaving us stranded in Long Beach, upon our return. The advise they gave me was to hang up and find other transportation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. The reply was there was no van available so I asked if theyĬould send two cars. I explained that I had not received the text. I was told that Prime Time had texted me the day before to let me know that the van had been cancelled. On Monday, May 16, 2022, 11:45, I called to confirm because I did not receive an update on my phone. My family was visiting from out of town for the family cruise. Trip ID 921328, passengers 7 and luggage 9. On May 3, 2021, I booked a Prime Time shuttle Private Van to take my family to the port in Long Beach for a cruise.
